Yes, all units have a Keurig machine and coffee capsules for your stay. Tea and sugar are also included
No. The indicated capacity of each unit must be respected.
The units
Yes, all units give you access to WiFi. You will receive the code and the name of the network with instructions by email the day before your arrival.
No. All units are 100% smoke-free, as are the common areas of the complex. Outside, you must respect the distance of 9 meters from the entrance out of respect for other tenants.

The complexe
No. Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Unfortunately, no place is provided for this purpose. It is forbidden to enter a bicycle both in the unit and in the complex.
The complex is located a 15-minute walk from Old Quebec and a 25-minute walk from the Château Frontenac and the Dufferin terrace.
You will find a waste chute on each floor of the building.
No unit has a BBQ and it is forbidden to use one on the balcony. As soon as spring is well established, a gas BBQ is available to you on the terrace common.
